SAMIC is a permanent license micro finance institution to provide financial service throughout Cambodia to the Cambodian people in rural as well as urban area to improve their living condition and contribute to alleviate poverty in the country. Currently, SAMIC has been serving almost 11,000 clients with the amount of loan portfolio of over 7.53 millions US Dollar at 1 municipal city and 6 provinces in which consists of 33 districts, 225 communes and 960 villages. SAMIC serves 34% of group loan clients and 59% of clients are using their loan in the agricultural business sector followed by trade and commerce of 20%. On the other hand, 52% of total clients are using the loan amount less than USD500. By the  end of this year, SAMIC has the total asset of USD8.12 millions, the equity of USD2.08 millions and net profit of USD590 thousands. The repayment rate is 98.56% (Unaudited data).
