This Committee establishes, controls and reviews CHC-Ltd. policies, organizational strategy and the roles & reponsibilities of Departments.

Investment Committee

This Committee is responsible for fund and financial resources mobilization (including loans and grants), review of lenders conditions and negociations with investors. It reports to BOD.

Audit Committee

The Mission of Audit committee is to monitor the integrity of financial management, reports and risk management, review and monitor the effectiveness of internal auditor function, monitor and review the external auditor’s objective and effectiveness and reports, and recommendations to GM and management team the weakness found by both internal and external auditors Reports to BOD the going-on of internal audit effectiveness and the finding. The Audit Committee meets very quarter.

Internal Audit Department

To ensure the smooth performance of CHC operations, Internal Audit Department was launched in 2004. Its main task is to maintain the CHC Limited property, to cope with any unpredictable risks and to join with other departments of CHC Limited to ensure the development and sustainability of Institution to the future.

Obviously, to strengthen the quality of CHC loan portfolio and performance, Internal Audit Department has set its scope to audit the documents (accounting and credit, etc.) and management at Head Office, Branches, Sub-Branches and also clients and persons related in order to mitigate the risk and refrain the fraud on time. 5-days audit missions are done to each branches and sub-branches, 2 or 3 times a year.

As the results of internal audit in 2008, CHC staffs, especially operational and finance staffs have accepted and complied with the audit recommendations to improve their work from day-to-day gradually. Errors have been reduced and operators have understood well their work performance. Notably, very few operators have overridden them. Most operators have respected their duties and responsibilities in compliance with CHC policies and they have managed well their work and do internal control on regular basis.
