1. MR. PEOU DA
DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER IN CHARGE OF OPERATION
Graduated with a MBA in General Management at BBU and a Bachelor Degree in Economic Analysis at RULE, Da has a long experience in auditing MFIs. During 2 years, he worked at PRASAC as Director of Internal Audit Department and from 1998 to 2001; he worked at AMRET as a Senior Internal Auditor and Internal Auditor. Before entering SAMIC in 2008, he collaborated for a few years with the Asian Development Bank in various projects, holding successively the positions of Financial Specialist, Economist,FinancialManagementAssessment
Specialist and Procurement Specialist.
2. MS. YORN PHANY
FINANCE MANAGER
Graduated from a Master Degree of Administration, with Major in Finance and Accounting at Build Bright University (BBU), Phany is currently pursuing a Master Degree in Microfinance Management at SAIDI, Philippines. She entered SAMIC-Ltd in July 2007 with a solid background in finance, accounting and auditing with former experiences at Caltex
Cambodia Limited and Fides Services Cambodia.
3. MR. OR NARIN
HR AND ADMIN MANAGER
Recently recruited, Narin holds a BBA and is currently graduated a MBA program at RULE. He has a long experience in management and administration work for various private companies in Cambodia. He was previously the GeneralManager of Laser World Solutions
Cambodia.
4. MR. KAO SEREY RATH
ICT MANAGER
After being graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science at Norton University, Serey Rath went to the Sikkim Manipal University of India to follow a Master Degree in Information Technologies. Coming from Star Digital TV, he recently joined SAMIC in Sept. 2008. He worked successively for the Asian Development Bank and the Cambodian National Petroleum Authority as a National IT Expert, and for Developing Cambodia by DegreesNGO as Director
of Technology and Consulting Services.
5. MR. KUY SENGMOEURN
MARKETING AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Sengmoeurn has been working with SAMIC since Jan 2008, first as Assistant to General Manager and now as Marketing and Product Development Manager. Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and a MBA in Business Management at Build Bright University (BBU), he has a strongexperience with NGOs in communication and
management.
