The Village Bank Loan (VBL), a community-shared responsibility. VBL is offered to the Cambodian people with the lowest income as they are into agricultural activities such as farming, animal raising and any small businesses referring to the agricultural sector. On an organizational hand, the Village Bank is divided into 2 to 10 groups, each composed by 2 to 10 villagers, and placed under the responsibility of the Village Bank.
The Group Solidarity Loan (GSL), a family-model responsibility. GSL is offered to the Cambodian households who have low or medium standard of living with existing businesses especially variety of small businesses either agriculture or services. A group is composed of 2 to 10 villagers, who are responsible for each other on the group’s total loan. This loan size for the group is scaled accordingly with the availability of proper collaterals, credit worthy and/or business purposes in the group.
The Individual Loan (IL), a booster for business projects. IL is offered to Cambodian people engaged in larger-scaled business activities, in all sectors of economy, and who have sufficient cash flow for revolving capital or expansion of their business. To obtain individual loans, collaterals and/or guarantors are needed.
The Emergency Loan (EL), just in case. EL is offered to our regular clients who need loan to revolve their capital in short term period, or in case of shortage in cash flow to operate their business or trade. CHC-Limited would prioritize existing borrowers who have completed at least two loan cycles with the institution and/or based on the actual assessment.
